Return & Refund
We accept returns on all new and unused products up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns of new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. We suggest that each customer keep the original box and packing material in case of need for return. Please note that you will be required to pay shipping costs to return your product to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time frame.
Grip tape can be returned after 14 days but will incur the following charges:
Shipping costs
Shopify fee 1%.
PayPal or Stripe fee 4%.
Scratch (a fee will be charged)
If a grip tape is completely new and never used, we will charge:

PayPal or Stripe fee 4%.
If your grip tape is not yet shipped :
Shopify fee 1%
PayPal or Stripe fee 4%.
Custom grip tape, due to their uniqueness, are not eligible for refunds.
