At YOC Grip, we guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase.

We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of this product.

For your information, we recommend that you retain your original sales receipt. From the date of purchase of the product, we will provide a free two-year replacement service if the product has quality problems.

What does the YOC Grip warranty cover?

Adhesive failure
Grain separation

Not covered by warranty:

Damage caused by water or dirt
Normal wear and tear

Who pays for shipping?

For all warranty returns, shipping the product to us will be at your expense, but if your product is covered by warranty, return shipping to your address is free. If the product is not covered by warranty, you will also be charged for shipping the product back to your address.

We recommend that you ship your YOC Grip product with DHL or UPS and keep your tracking number for future reference. We recommend that you insure for retail value.

YOC Grip will be responsible for all packages signed for and received in our warehouse. Please contact your shipping department for shipments that do not arrive at our facility. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us for any reason.
